Welcome to CarteBlanche.black (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Carte Blanche LLC ("Carte Blanche", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Site and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Personal Use

2.2 Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.

2.3 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking

By booking a vehicle through the Site, you agree to our booking terms and conditions, including any fees, charges, and taxes associated with the booking.

3.2 Payment

All payments are due at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as detailed on the Site. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your booking.

3.3 Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, as detailed on the Site.

4. Vehicle Use

4.1 Responsibilities

You are responsible for the care and safe operation of the rented vehicle. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using the vehicle.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the vehicle for any illegal activity, racing, towing, or other unauthorized purposes.

4.3 Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during your rental period, subject to our insurance and damage policy.

5. Car Rental Arbitrage and Asset Management

5.1 Services

We offer Car Rental Arbitrage and Full Asset Management services. By enrolling your vehicle, you agree to the terms and fees associated with these services.

5.2 Fees

Our fees for managing your Turo Host listing and profile are 35% of the rental day rate. If the vehicle is placed under our managed Turo Profile, the fee is 30%.

5.3 Vehicle Maintenance

We ensure your vehicle is maintained in show-room quality and ready for rent 24/7. Our vehicles are equipped with tracking systems and starter disable capabilities for security purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Carte Blanche or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carte Blanche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carte Blanche, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
